These Terms govern use of Flashraising (“Flashraising,” “Platform”), operated by Platform Solutions LLC.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. PLATFORM ROLE
Flashraising is a self-service fundraising technology platform.
We:
• Provide software tools
We do not:
• Operate fundraisers
• Handle or control funds
• Act as an intermediary

2. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (CRITICAL)
Flashraising uses Stripe Connect Standard accounts.
You agree:
• You are the merchant of record
• All funds flow directly to your Stripe account
• We do not touch funds
We have zero responsibility for:
• Payment failures
• Fraud or chargebacks
• Stripe account actions

3. ORGANIZER LIABILITY
You are fully responsible for:
• Legal compliance
• Fund usage
• Donor communications
• Deliverables
We do not monitor or enforce your obligations.

4. FEES
Fees may include:
• Platform fees
• Processing fees
• Per-transaction charges
All fees are:
• Final
• Non-refundable

5. NO GUARANTEES
We do not guarantee:
• Any fundraising success
• Platform uptime
• Accuracy of content

6. PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
• Run fraudulent campaigns
• Mislead donors
• Use the Platform unlawfully
Violations result in immediate termination.

7. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISPUTES
We are not involved in disputes between:
• Organizers and donors
• Participants and event operators

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
We are not liable for:
• Any indirect damages
• Lost funds or profits

9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your use of the Platform.

10. TERMINATION
We may terminate access at any time, without notice.

11. GOVERNING LAW
Colorado law applies.
